Exchange & Return Policy

THE POLICY

  1. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein and the Terms of Use, the Exchange and Return Policy (‘Policy”) here shall be binding on the User for all purchases. 

  2. All purchases may qualify for a return or exchange within two 2 days from the date of receiving the item(s). Customers may exchange an item for a different colour or size, and equal value only.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

  1. Items must be in new, unused, resalable condition and in the same condition that you received it.

  2. The item must be in the original packaging.

  3. Discounted merchandise and clearance item is not eligible for exchange or return.

  4. Merchandise that has been damaged or spoiled through customer’s or user’s neglect will not be eligible for exchange.

  5. Change of mind is strictly NOT allowed as a reason for the exchange or return.

  6. Original proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all exchanges.

  7. The item must be within the eligible exchange period.

EXCLUSIONS

For health and safety reasons, the conditions stipulated above, the below categories do NOT apply for items exchangeable or returnable unless they are faulty:

  1. Skin care, cosmetics, and fragrances.

  2. Food items / perishable goods.

  3. Liquid products

  4. Undergarments, lingerie sets items

  5. All types of vouchers

  6. Any other items which may be prescribed by Grvinn Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd from time to time

RETURN

Grvinn Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the merchandise before processing any returns or exchanges. Please note that we do not bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected return or exchange request item/s to you. Refund will only be in form of store credits.

Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any returns or exchanges, refunds will be based on the merchandise value stated in the invoice, after discount if applicable.

Our return and exchange policies do not cover damage derived from unique, accidental, or random damage resulting from wear and tear.
Grvinn Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd decision regarding returns and exchanges are final.

  • Order Number

  • Contact Number

  • Product name and Article Number

  • Attach image of defective or incorrect merchandise

  • Name of Product, colour and size to be exchanged with
